I kinda wish Kyoto Animation would animate the last portion of the Haruhi Suzumiya novels where the “main plot” actually happens.
And not in that soft K-ON style, either. When they animated The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya they proved they could still pull off the sharper original look quite well so I’d expect it to be just as good if they did.
